Can BipView touch my money?
No — and that isn't a promise, it's a technical limit. You create a key at the exchange that is read-only. The exchange itself refuses any withdrawal, order or transfer coming from that key. BipView doesn't even ask for another kind.
What if BipView is breached?
Your key is encrypted with a data key that is yours alone, protected by a hardware vault. Anyone reaching the database would see unreadable text. And even if they decrypted it, they'd hold a key that only reads.
Do I have to give my seed phrase?
Never. For on-chain wallets you give only the public address — the same one already visible in any blockchain explorer.
Does BipView calculate my taxes?
Not at launch: the full tax module belongs to Premium, which comes later. Today the app shows holdings, full history and the average purchase cost per asset — partial, not for tax purposes. Filing remains yours or your accountant's. On your phone, the Taxes menu leads to Declare Cripto, our filing partner in Brazil; if you hire them, BipView earns a commission.
Which exchanges and networks work?
The main Latin American and global ones, plus the largest on-chain networks, with new connectors arriving as they're validated against real accounts. The live list is in the app.
What if the exchange rejects my key?
If the exchange rejects the key when you connect, the app tells you the same day, on the exchange screen, and says what to check: the BipView IPs allowed, read-only permission, and the key and secret copied in full. Then just connect again. On your phone, this applies from app version 1.2.3.
What is BIPVIA?
It's BipView's assistant, for now in the browser, at app.bipview.com. It reads your account data to answer about your net worth, your wallets and exchanges, and how to use the app. To use it, you confirm your email and accept its terms, which are for people 18 and over. Ready questions don't use the quota; free-form questions have a monthly quota that depends on your plan. It can make mistakes — check the source screen — and it doesn't give investment advice.
Do I have to pay to try it?
No. It's 14 days of full Pro, no card. On day 14 you choose: subscribe or stay on the free plan, with 3 sources.
Can I subscribe in the browser?
Yes. At app.bipview.com — on iPhone, on a computer or on Android — you sign in with the same account and subscribe by card, Monthly or Yearly. In the browser you are billed in Brazilian reais, with the same discounts as the store. The 12-installment plan is only on Google Play, in Brazil.
How do I cancel?
It depends on where you subscribed. On Google Play, in the store itself. In the browser, under Profile → View plans, with the “Manage or cancel subscription” button, or with the link in your purchase confirmation email. On Monthly and Yearly, access lasts until the end of the period already paid, and nothing is charged after that; the 12-installment plan is a 12-payment commitment.
Does it work for my firm?
Yes. Each client connects their own sources; you follow along from the dashboard without touching a single key. For volume, get in touch.
