Delete your BipView account
You can delete your account and all your data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no recovery period — once it is complete, we cannot bring anything back.
In the app — the fastest route
- Open BipView and sign in to your account
- Tap Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account
- Read what will be erased, type DELETE and confirm
The account is closed on the spot, and you are signed out automatically.
Without the app installed
If you no longer have the app, write to privacidade@bipview.com from the email address registered to the account, with the subject “Account deletion”.
We confirm ownership, complete the deletion, and reply to let you know. The deadline is the one set by the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law).
What gets erased
- Your exchange keys that are connected
- Your wallet addresses on-chain
- Your portfolio, history, and goals
- Your survey responses and feedback
- Your login and account data
We erase everything. Nothing is retained for “service improvement”, and nothing becomes a statistic with your name on it.
Two things only you can do
1. Cancel the subscription in the store
If you subscribe to Pro or Premium, billing is controlled by Google Play or the App Store — not by us. Deleting your account here does not cancel the subscription there. Cancel it in the store so you are not charged again.
2. Revoke the keys at the exchange
We erase the keys you gave us. They are read-only and stop working here, but they continue to exist in your exchange account until you revoke them there. It is good practice, and that step is yours.
Just want to stop paying?
You do not need to delete your account for that. By canceling the subscription in the store, you return to the Free plan and keep the essentials — up to 3 sources, at no cost. Your data stays where it is.
